Your safar, passports, photograph, payments and family are in the app. This page is the office sign-in.

Your ITS number is how the portal knows you. We send you a code each time — there is no password to remember.

The code goes to the e-mail address and mobile number the FH office has for you. It is good for ten minutes.

Outside Kenya? This works exactly the same — the code comes by e-mail wherever you are. Only the SMS is Kenya-only. If the FH office has no e-mail address for you, write to them and they will add one, or read a code out to you.
