The rules that do not bend
- If anything here is unclear, that is a fault in the page and the office wants to hear about it.

- Sign in — through the Local Jamaat portal or ITS; the FH office can also create your record and give you a one-time code. No self-registration, no password.
- Profile — names exactly as in the passport, contact, emergency and medical notes (organisers only).
- Documents — upload each slot once; the office verifies; a verified document is valid only if it covers the safar dates.
- Family & travellers — add the people you book for; upload their documents too.
- Bookings — make your niyat on the website; the office opens the booking here when the package is released. Status: Pending → Confirmed (paid and documents verified) → Completed.
- Payments — M-Pesa Paybill or bank with your ITS number as reference; receipts appear here.
- Support — one complete request; you get a reference and a reply here.
