Registration is open to Dawoodi Bohra mumineen with a valid ITS number. Seats are confirmed only on receipt of the deposit and required documents by the stated deadline. Deposits cover non-refundable visa and ticketing costs; refunds of balances depend on airline and hotel terms and are reviewed by the committee. Travellers must hold valid passports, vaccinations and travel insurance and follow the guidance of the khidmat team throughout the safar. Itineraries may change for reasons of raza, security or transport; the committee will inform travellers as early as possible.
